1. Order Processing

1.1. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

1.2. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and processed.


2. Shipping Options and Costs

2.1. Domestic Shipping:

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and selected shipping method.

2.2. International Shipping:

  • Currently we do not ship International orders.

2.3. Free Shipping:

  • Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specific amount, as indicated on our website.


3. Delivery Times

3.1. Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing.

  • International Shipping: This service is not available yet

3.2. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or customs inspections.


4. Tracking Your Order

4.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. 

4.2. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

5.1. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. 

5.2. Harmony Aromatics is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

6.1. We take great care to ensure safe delivery. However, Harmony Aromatics is not responsible for packages lost or damaged after being handed over to the shipping carrier. 

6.2. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.


7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

7.1. Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Harmony Aromatics is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

7.2. Packages returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
