  2. Condition: Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and quality assurance purposes.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or Personalized Products: Items created specifically for you, such as bespoke fragrances, cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.

Refunds

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  1. Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof of the damage (e.g., Parcel opening Video without any cut).
  2. Different Products: Exchanges for different items are subject to availability.

Cancellations
